Rise and Shine, Spring is Coming

It is getting to be that time of year, when the critters start preparing for spring.

I've been watching this Eastern Chipmunk outside my home office.

It has tunnels throughout the rocks which make up the waterfall of the fish pond. I've watched it do a bit of maintenance.

And it's fun to watch it disappear in one place and pop up in another.

Obvious that it is redoing its home.

Any parallels to us tearing down wallpaper and painting the bathroom and dining room are purely coincidental I'm sure.
