Mystery Resolved?
In this post I recounted the results of placing my trail cam by a tree with fresh woodpecker holes, pics of a Hairy Woodpecker when I had hoped for a Pileated.
Seems I just wasn't patient enough.
A pair of the birds visited this past Wednesday. And Patty got some good shots.
Here's hoping they stick around until at least Saturday.
