Continuing the Warblers out my Window series, today I present these two:
The ubiquitous (this year anyway) Prothonotary Warbler along with a Blue-winged Warbler.
Taking turns splashing about.
Not the best of images, but I liked the weird optical effects from shooting through the window. This is not visible to the naked eye and I've not figured out what causes it.
All good things must come to an end. In this case a young Brown-headed Cowbird came and scared the warblers away. And while I've still a backlog of warbler images migration is in full swing so they will be leaving the yard.
It sure has been fun though.
