Now I know it is not. But it takes me a moment every time I see it.
I know why they did it this way, the 600 is consistent with the 150 and 200. But for some reason the flip from 200 to 300 is not as jarring as the 500 - 600 one.

And in case you were wondering, it has no impact when grilling, the steak yesterday came out tasty and delicious. Yummy too.
