My astronomy club recently had its first observing session at our exclusive 'dark' sky observing site (scare quotes as this is New Jersey and there are no true dark sky sites in NJ), a mere 15 mile form our place.
And while we were waiting for darkness to fall I noticed this rather large Crepuscular Ray.
Just another reason to keep looking up.
