I don't know what they have against "E" 's in Mexico, but signs like this were everywhere.

Adjust the brightness and contrast of your monitor so that you can view each of the 17 grayscale steps from black to white. Special attention should be given to the black end of the scale. The darkest step should be made as dark as possible while you are also able to distinguish it from the next lighter step.

How does an E signify no parking? Very interesting!
@ KimR: In Spanish "No Parking" is "Prohibido estacionar". Thus the line through the "E".
So cool, I wish mevetS could explain what a single exclamation mark means as they are all over Indonesia, when I saw a sign with three Exclamations marks, I just refused to go any further, cause for me that could only mean "Give up All Hope, Ye who would go on - I didn't.
