Adjust the brightness and contrast of your monitor so that you can view each of the 17 grayscale steps from black to white. Special attention should be given to the black end of the scale. The darkest step should be made as dark as possible while you are also able to distinguish it from the next lighter step.

The sharp eyed among may have noticed the footprints are headed in opposite directions. I didn't notice until after I got home.
This is a superb shot - so detailed! Nice composition!
Maybe the guy or the dog were walking backwards for a bet. Great shot.
Good shot for the theme despite the dog owner's obvious unwillingness to 'heel'...
