As I noted in this post, Eastern Phoebes have been nesting in our yard since we've moved here (and no doubt before that as well).
But the past two years they've eschewed the light fixtures on our shed ('The Hermitage') in favor of an undiscovered location.
So I cleaned off the old nests on the light fixtures and added a nest platform-box on the back. Hoping they'd return.
And they have!
Maybe I can set up a nest cam ... a nice stay at home project.
Hmmm ...
