Adjust the brightness and contrast of your monitor so that you can view each of the 17 grayscale steps from black to white. Special attention should be given to the black end of the scale. The darkest step should be made as dark as possible while you are also able to distinguish it from the next lighter step.

There's a lot to look at in your image from the reflections to the pattern in the ice. Very nice...
Delicate and very beautiful photo of thin ice.
This picture really caught my attention. I looked at it for a long time, with my ey egoing back and forth between the fragile textured ice and the sleek glassy water.
Ice pic's are great, I just love this one.
